The Canon S-II was first marketed in late 1946 and was Canon's first camera with a combined rangefinder/viewfinder, and probably the first generally available Japanese 35mm with this feature. The first versions are marked Seiki Kogaku, then, after mid-1947, Canon. The 5cm lenses were a Serenar f/3.5, a Serenar f/2 and for a short while a Nikkor f/3.5. Shutter speeds are 1sec to 1/500.
